Medical-Surgical Nurse – Tennessee Start Date: January 12, 2026
Location: Springfield, Tennessee Compensation: Details provided to
qualified applicants Schedule: 3 shifts per week with every other
weekend; 5:1 patient ratio Highlights: 27-bed medical-surgical unit
with dedicated unit secretaries and techs on staff Diverse patient
population including post-operative orthopedic patients Meditech
Expanse electronic documentation system Supportive team environment
with established unit staffing model Float only between two similar
medical-surgical units Modern equipment including Computer on
Wheels, Pyxis, and Welch Allen vital sign machines Requirements:
Active RN license in Tennessee or multistate compact license
Medical-Surgical nursing experience required Experience with
post-operative patients, especially orthopedic cases Proficiency
with blood transfusions, IV therapy, and central line maintenance
BLS certification required; ACLS preferred but not required Why
