full-time, permanent Freestanding ER Nurse Manager to oversee
operations and drive clinical excellence at their facility. This

opportunity for the right candidate. Job Summary: We are looking
for an experienced and motivated Freestanding ER Nurse Manager to
lead and manage the emergency nursing team. The ideal candidate
will bring strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering
high-quality care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key
Responsibilities: Provide leadership, guidance, and operational
management to the Freestanding ER nursing team. Ensure compliance
with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations. Develop and
implement policies and procedures to enhance patient care and team
performance. Lead staff training, development, and performance
evaluations to foster a supportive and skilled team. Collaborate
with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
Oversee resource management, including staffing, budgeting, and
supply chain needs. Maintain high standards of patient safety and
quality care within the emergency department. What Qualifications
You Will Need: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the
state of Tennessee or compact state required. Associate's Degree in
Nursing or RN Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
preferred. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or BCLS
Instructor credential (must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
1-3 years of related experience in emergency nursing or healthcare
