We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg for a 14-week contract in
Hermitage, Tennessee — earn up to ($1670 - $1757 per week) while
providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates
will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the

Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg setting. Participate in
continuous professional development and training. Collaborate with
healthcare team to develop patient care plans. Achieve performance
targets and contribute to team goals. Monitor and document patient
progress and vital signs. Educate patients and families on health
management and recovery. Adhere to safety and infection control
protocols. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and
team members. Utilize electronic health records for accurate
documentation. Engage in quality improvement initiatives within the
department. Manage time effectively to prioritize patient care
tasks. Assist in the orientation and training of new staff.
Experience/Qualifications Must possess a valid RN license in
Tennessee. Commitment to continuous professional development and
learning. Experience in MedSurg nursing or related field is
essential. Strong communication skills for effective patient and
team interactions. Knowledge of safety and infection control
protocols. Experience in patient education and health management.
Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team. Ability
to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. Proficient in
utilizing electronic health records for documentation. Willingness
