We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg for a 13-week contract in
Nashville, Tennessee — earn up to ($1767 - $1860 per week) while
providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates

Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg setting. Participate in
continuous professional development and training. Collaborate with
healthcare team to develop patient care plans. Administer
medications and treatments as prescribed. Adhere to safety and
infection control protocols. Work towards achieving departmental
and organizational targets. Monitor and document patient progress
and vital signs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of
patient care. Educate patients and families on health management.
Utilize data to assess and improve patient care outcomes. Engage in
performance evaluations and feedback sessions. Foster a positive
and supportive team environment. Experience/Qualifications Valid RN
license in Tennessee with MedSurg experience. Strong commitment to
continuous professional development and learning. Proven ability to
collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Ability to monitor, document, and communicate patient progress
accurately. Willingness to engage in performance evaluations and
feedback for self-improvement. Demonstrated ability to achieve
departmental and organizational targets consistently. Experience in
administering medications and managing patient treatments safely.
Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols in healthcare
settings. Ability to utilize data to enhance patient care outcomes
effectively. Experience in educating patients and families on
