Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated LPN/RN Supervisor for our night shift, who will play a crucial role in overseeing our nursing staff and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained throughout the night. This position is pivotal in managing patient care plans, administering medications, and coordinating with various healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Supervise and manage the nursing staff during night shifts, ensuring adherence to facility policies and health regulations. Coordinate and monitor the implementation of patient care plans, adjusting as necessary to meet the needs of patients. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor for any adverse reactions. Facilitate communication between patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate patient records and prepare reports on staff performance and health outcomes. Provide guidance and training to nursing staff, promoting professional development and high standards of care. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in clinical skills with attention to detail Ability to make quick and accurate decisions Compassionate, patient-focused approach Medical Insurance Valid nursing license (LPN or RN) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
