Job Description:

Progressive Care Nurse for our Float Pool. This position offers a

providing critical care to patients with a variety of conditions.

direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the
application of scientific nursing principles. Monitor patient
health and progress while preparing and administering prescribed
medications. Record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical
histories. Assist in diagnostic tests and analyze results. Instruct
patients and their families on proper care. Coordinate with
healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate
patient care plans. Strong clinical skills in a high-acuity setting
Proficiency in using healthcare software and systems Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively
in a fast-paced, changing environment Critical thinking and
problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
in the state of Tennessee. BLS certified; ACLS preferred.
