Job Description:

seeking a dedicated Critical Care Nurse to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will work in our state-of-the-art Intensive Care
Unit (ICU), offering 24/7 emergency care, advanced cardiology,
orthopedics, and rehabilitation services. Our mission focuses on
delivering high-quality, compassionate care tailored to the needs
of our community. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be pivotal in
managing patient care in a high-stakes environment, utilizing the
latest in medical technology to administer treatments, monitor
patients, and collaborate with a multifaceted team to enhance
patient outcomes. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to
critically ill patients. Monitor life support equipment, administer
medications, and record vital signs. Collaborate with physicians
and other healthcare professionals to plan and evaluate patient
care. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and
health management post-discharge. Stay updated on advancements in
critical care and medical treatments. Ensure adherence to hospital
policies and legal regulations. Advanced Cardiac Life Support
(ACLS) Proficiency in using medical software and patient management
systems Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively
in high-pressure environments Empathy and resilience Medical

Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee
Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) preferred
