Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is looking for a skilled and passionate Home
Health RN to join our dedicated team of healthcare providers. In
this role, you will provide direct patient care to individuals in
their homes, ensuring the highest levels of comfort and health. The
ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with a
specific focus on home health care, excellent communication skills,
and a deep commitment to providing compassionate and effective
medical services. As part of HCA Healthcare, you will participate
in our pursuit to care for and improve human life, operating at
nearly 2,000 sites of care throughout the United States. Assess,
plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in a home care
environment. Monitor patient recovery and adjust care plans
accordingly. Administer medication and document patient status.
Provide patient and family education about health care needs and
disease prevention. Ensure compliance with all health care
regulations and maintain confidentiality. Coordinate with
physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver effective
home care services. Clinical competence in nursing. Ability to
provide emotional support, patience, and empathy. Ability to work
independently. Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in using healthcare documentation systems. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Valid RN license required. CPR certification. Driver’s license and
reliable transportation, as this role requires home visits to
patients.
