Job Description:
TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center, a comprehensive healthcare
facility located in Smyrna, TN, is seeking a dedicated,
professional Nurse House Supervisor PRN to join our dynamic team.
This position is integral to maintaining high standards of care and
smooth operations across various departments including emergency
care, surgery, cardiology, orthopedics, and our birthing center. As
a Nurse House Supervisor PRN, you will oversee the nursing staff,
ensure adherence to policies, and provide top-level clinical
support, maintaining operational excellence during designated
shifts. Coordinate and supervise nursing staff across multiple
departments. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and
standards. Assist in the development and implementation of nursing
policies and procedures. Manage patient care and ensure the
delivery of high-quality healthcare services. Handle administrative
duties including scheduling, staffing, and patient documentation.
Act as a liaison between the nursing staff, physicians, and other
healthcare professionals. Participate in the evaluation and
mentoring of staff. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. In-depth
knowledge of healthcare regulations and hospital policies.
Proficient in nursing operations and patient care management.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
Tennessee. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
