a permanent position Office Clinic Mon-Fri 8am - 4:30pm Three (3)
Years agreement $ 275,000 Two Year Guarantee; Yr. 3 based on 80% of
Yr. 2 earned wRVU compensation Signing Bonus Up to $50,000 $10,000
Relocation; Residency Stipend of up to $15,000 from execution of
the agreement until start date. Maintain Board Certification in
Internal Medicine and Rheumatology during the term of this
Agreement. Approving Board Entity: American Board of Internal
