applicants Schedule: Every other weekend required; may float to
other Medical Surgical units as needed Highlights: 26-bed Medical
Surgical unit with 1:6 patient ratios or team nursing model (1:9)
Supportive staffing structure including charge nurse, unit
secretary on day shifts, and 2 PCTs Meditech documentation system
