Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Dickson, TN Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,724 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/12/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Dickson, Tennessee, 37055! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Med Surg Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 07:00 - 19:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 Years License: RN License Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Positive attitude Ability to work well with others Good time management skills Effective communication Description: The unit has a total of 26 beds. Patient ratios are 1:6 or team nursing 1:9. Staffing includes a charge nurse, unit secretary on days, and two PCTs. Equipment utilized includes Alaris IV pumps. Documentation is managed through Meditech. Scheduling requires every other weekend. Floating to other Med Surg units may be required. Patient experience standards include hourly purposeful rounds, AIDET, and mandatory bedside shift report. Advanced skills are needed for procedures performed on the unit. Required uniform colors are royal, galaxy, pewter gray, or white scrubs. The unit has received Awards of Distinction from 2015 to 2017 and an honorable mention in 2018.
