Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Dickson, TN Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,752 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/12/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Dickson, Tennessee, 37055! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Active Registered Nurse License Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS Must-Have: ICU experience Strong critical thinking skills Strong communication skills Description: We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for a high-acuity unit. The unit has a total of 6 beds with varying patient ratios, primarily 2:1, with some 1:1 and 3:1 configurations. Staffing includes one nurse tech for support. Advanced equipment available on the unit includes Arctic Sun and Continuous EEG monitoring systems. Documentation is managed through Meditech. The schedule requires 36 hours per week, including every other weekend. The float policy includes floating to an ICU overflow unit as needed. Essential skills include performing procedures such as central line placements, arterial line placements, paracentesis, thoracentesis, and intubation. The dress code for the unit consists of Galaxy Blue or Pewter scrubs. Unit-specific policies and guidelines will be provided during the onboarding process. The facility has received recognition for its quality of care and staff engagement. It features the latest GE ICU monitors and is expanding service lines, with plans to double the ICU capacity.
