Beds: 16 Patient Ratios: 2:1, at times 3:1 Unit staffing

Type of equipment: Impella, GE monitors, Temporary Pacemakers,
EKOS, IABP, Artic Sun, Hemodynamic monitoring Documentation system:
Meditech Procedures performed on unit: Central line insertions,
dialysis catheter insertions Hospital Specifics- Scheduling
requirements: 36 hours weekly Floating policy: Float in rotation
with core staffing Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIH Must have:
Critical thinking, self-motivated Dress Code: (Required uniform)
