for a travel nursing job in Gallatin, Tennessee. Job Description &
Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13
weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment
Type: Travel Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and
compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical/Surgical
Telemetry team on the night shift. This role is ideal for a nurse
who excels in a fast-paced environment and is committed to
delivering exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities: -
Deliver direct patient care on a Med/Surg Telemetry unit,
monitoring vital signs and cardiac rhythms - Administer
medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed -
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop
and implement individualized care plans - Monitor and respond to
changes in patient conditions using telemetry equipment -
Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and
outcomes - Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures,
and safety standards Qualifications: - Current RN license in the
state of Tennessee (or compact license) - BLS and ACLS
certifications required - 2 years' experience in Med/Surg or
Telemetry required - Strong clinical judgment, communication, and
organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part
of a collaborative team - Float Requirements: med surg as
needed
