Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Medical/Surgical Specialty: RN Medical/Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12.5 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Current RN license Certifications: BLS, NIH Certification Must-Have: Experience in orthopedic care and telemetry nursing Description: Provide care on an orthopedic floor. Manage patients with osteoarthritis, total joint replacements, and hip fractures. Address orthopedic injuries, sports injuries, and hand injuries. Support neuro/med-surg overflow patients. Deliver high-quality patient care following protocols and standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. Adhere to safety and infection control policies. Participate in ongoing education and training. Promote a positive patient experience and satisfaction.
