Pay Information $1,757 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 19:00-07:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Active RN License Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH Stroke Scale Must-Have: Critical Care experience Description: The position is for a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit. This unit has 16 beds with a patient ratio of 1 nurse to 2 patients. The unit is staffed with unit secretaries and support technicians providing assistance. The type of equipment used includes Philips central monitoring systems. Documentation is done using the Meditech system. Scheduling requires every other weekend availability. Nurses may float to Medical/Surgical and Progressive Care Units for assignments or tasks in the Emergency Room. Patient experience standards are specific to the facility. Required certifications include ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke Scale. The dress code consists of royal blue or black scrubs. Unit guidelines and policies will be provided upon request.
