Job Description:
LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN CCU - Coronary Care for a
travel nursing job in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Job Description &
Requirements Specialty: CCU - Coronary Care Discipline: RN
Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights
Employment Type: Travel Certfications: Certs marked with * are
preferred ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS Shift: NIGHTS Unit: Cardiac
Intensive Care Job details: Can float to stepdown 1:4 ratio 2 years
CCU experience required - this unit sees high acuity level patients
NIHSS, ACLS, 2 years critical care experience preferred, 1 year
travel experience preferred Prefer to have IABP, Impella and CRRT
experience. State licensure : KY/Compact in hand NIHSS Certified
(current certificate on file, obtained w/in 2 years of start date)
Assessment tools: Stroke signs/symptoms competency (ex. BE-FAST)
NIHSS Certified (current certificate on file, obtained w/in 2 years
of start date) Bedside Dysphagia screening competency (on file)
Minimum 1-year experience working in a certified stroke center
critical care unitpreferred Familiar with current Stroke guidelines
and performance measures for Acute Ischemic and Hemorrhagic strokes
IV-tPA administration and post-tPA monitoring competency. Meditech
