Requires driving to multiple patients’ homes daily. /n /nLic/Certs: Must be proficient with OASIS assessments, no exceptions. BLS, Registered Nurse License, Driver’s License, Auto Insurance. /n /nPosition: Registered Nurse/n/n Specialty: Home Health /n/n /n13 week Home Health RN travel assignment /n/n /n/n Hospital in [Shelbyville & Tennessee] is looking for a Home Health RN to help them out for 13 weeks. Must be able to work under close supervision occasionally as well as working without assistance from other personnel.
