Field Case Manager | Details and Compensation: Location:
Manchester, TN 37355 – 100% on-site Field work travel across
Coffee, Franklin, Grundy, and Van Buren counties | 25 visits per
week Payrate: $56.14/hr mileage Required Availability:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM on-call On-call schedule is
provided 30 days in advance RN Field Case Manager | Summary and
Highlights: The Registered Nurse Case Manager role is a field-based
which involves daily patient visits (25 per week) and participation
in an on-call rotation, with a focus on providing high-quality care
management to patients across multiple counties. This position is a
contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based
upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are
available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and
