• Board Certified NP or PA
• Tennessee licensure or eligibility to obtain
• DEA with full prescriptive authority
• Interest in providing primary care to all ages
• Experience a plus
• Commitment to providing high quality, evidenced based patient carePractice Setting:
  • Established, well-managed practice
  • Join 2 established physicians and 3 APPs in group
  • Schedule Monday - Friday
