Program*Job Overview*We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in
various settings such as orthopedics, home health, outpatient
clinics, and hospitals. This position offers the opportunity to
work with diverse patient populations and contribute to their
well-being through physical therapy
interventions.*Responsibilities** Conduct assessments to develop
individualized treatment plans for patients* Provide hands-on
therapy and exercises to improve patients' mobility and function*
Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and
self-care techniques* Collaborate with other healthcare
professionals for comprehensive patient care* Perform discharge
planning to ensure a smooth transition
post-treatment*Qualifications** Degree in Physical Therapy from an
accredited program* *Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of
practice.*Job Type: Full-timePay: $51.00 - $55.00 per hourExpected
