past.What Youll DoWork with Admissions and clinicians to ensure
that intakes are completed for prospective families/clientsConduct
initial assessments using standardized tools such as Vineland,
ABAS-2, MBA, VB-MAPP, AFLS, EFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, Socially Savvy, MAS,
QABF, FAST, etc.Ensure the appropriate transition of cases after
the initial assessment, including overlap meetings with families
and the receiving teamProvide a maximum of 3 initial assessments
per week in home and clinical environmentsConduct peer reviews with
insurance companies for authorization of hoursTrain staff on
conducting initial skills and adaptive assessmentsRequirementsBCBA
certificationTennessee LBA licensure3+ years of experience in the
field supervising othersMust maintain clean background/drug
