Our Company:Adoration Home Health and HospiceOverview:Part-Time LPN - One 12-Hour Shift per Week - Private Duty CareLocation: Paris, TNAbout the Role: Adoration Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a part-time role in Paris, TN. This position is ideal for an LPN looking for just one 12-hour shift per week, with flexible scheduling options on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.Why This Role?Flexible Scheduling: Choose from Friday, Saturday, or Sunday shifts, with the possibility of rotating to Sunday the following week.Specialized Care: Provide essential care to patients with G-tube, trach, and vent management in a private duty setting.Focused Work: Enjoy the fulfillment of one-on-one care, ensuring your patient's well-being and comfort.What Youll Do:Deliver expert care, including G-tube, trach, and vent management.Monitor and document patient conditions throughout your shift.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Communicate effectively with healthcare teams and patient families.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.What Were Looking For:Active LPN license in Tennessee.Experience with G-tube, trach, and vent care.Strong communication and organizational skills.CPR certification.Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality care.Ready to Make an Impact? Report significant changes immediatelyObserve, assess and record patient's physical and mental condition and reports any changesAdminister medications as instructed and as ordered by the physician and instructed by the RN and document the patient's file accordinglyAttend and participate in multi-disciplinary patient case conferences, staff meetings and in-service education programs as assignedQualifications:Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN license in good standingPrevious private duty, home health, hospice, hospital or skilled nursing experience preferredActive CPR certificationFamiliarity with electronic health recordsStrong problem solving and critical thinking skillsReliable transportation, valid driver's license and current automobile insuranceAbout our Line of Business: Adoration Home Health and Hospice provides quality and compassionate services in the comfort of home, providing support for patients, families and caregivers in their time of need.
