Our Company:Adoration Home Health and HospiceOverview:Flexible Part-Time LPN Opportunity Provide Vital Pediatric Home Care!Location: Paris, TNDescription: Adoration Health Private Duty is seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to join our team and provide exceptional care for a pediatric patient in Paris, TN. This role involves managing complex medical needs, including g-tube, trach, and vent care.Responsibilities:Provide in-home nursing care for a pediatric patient, including g-tube, trach, and ventilator management.Monitor and assess the patient's condition, ensuring safety and comfort at all times.Collaborate with the family and healthcare team to follow and update the care plan as needed.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Schedule:One 12-hour shift per week (day varies)Qualifications:Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification.Experience with g-tube, trach, and ventilator care.Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.Ability to provide compassionate and attentive care.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Benefits:Competitive weekly wages.Supportive and friendly work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.If you are a dedicated LPN looking to make a meaningful impact in a child's life, we encourage you to apply!Apply now to join our team and provide essential care to this young patient.Responsibilities:Perform selected nursing procedures within the scope of LPN practiceProvide patient and family teaching according to plan outlined by the RNMonitor patient's vital signs and make specific measurements and observationsMonitor and record intake and output.
