Exceptional Care Services is in search of a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to provide exceptional healthcare in our facilities.

Summary
We are looking for a qualified Nurse Practitioner with experience in long-term care to deliver high-quality medical services to our residents. This is a full-time salaried position that includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and review patient medical histories.
• Order and analyze diagnostic tests such as blood tests and X-rays.
• Diagnose various health conditions and illnesses.
• Develop treatment plans for chronic and infectious diseases.
• Prescribe necessary medications.
• Maintain precise medical records and schedules.
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding their health conditions and prescribed treatments.

    Qualifications
    Applicants must possess a valid Nurse Practitioner license and relevant certifications. The role involves working in a nursing home environment, with a typical schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, focusing on quality patient care. Candidates will manage a patient load of approximately 10-15 individuals daily, emphasizing quality over quantity.
    
    We offer a supportive work environment with light call service and weekends off.
