This position is M-F 10 hour shifts
The Registered Staff Nurse assumes professional nursing
responsibility and accountability within a designated time frame
for the care and treatment of assigned patients. He/she delivers
nursing care utilizing the nursing process in the development of
nursing diagnoses and expected outcomes, delegates nursing care
based on the competency of team members, coordinates care utilizing
available resources and the environment. Interacts with other
health care team members and/or disciplines in accordance with
standard nursing practice and Henry County Medical Center policies.
The ages of the patients served are pediatric, adolescent, adult
and geriatric
Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse licensed in TN or as appropriate through
the compact state licensure criteria/qualifications. BLS within 30
days. ACLS and PALS within 12 months
