    Job/Practice Description:
    
    • Adult & Child/Adolescent
    • case load. Avg case load of 18-20 for employed physician.
    • Full Time, Employed with benefits.
    • Mon-Fri schedule with participation in call rotation,
    • currently 1:3. Rotation will expand to 1:4 with addition of new provider.
    • Extra pay for weekend call.
    • Salary is a negotiated figure based on the candidate s training,
