H2 Health is seeking a full-time or contract Physical Therapist (PT) to work at our H2 Health @ Murray outpatient clinic located in Murray, KY. This position will treat and evaluate primarily orthopedic caseloads with a mix of general orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehab, athletes, industrial / return to work clients, neurologic movement disorders, and performance enhancement programs. Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Experience: Prior experience in outpatient Physical Therapy is preferred; however, "new grads are welcome!" Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Kentucky
• Manual training and Dry Needling are a plus
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be comfortable working in an outpatient setting
