Job Description:

We are seeking a full-time experienced Medical Assistant to join our amazing team! This individual is responsible for assisting the providers with histories, examinations, treatments and procedures as needed; documenting care completely, accurately and timely in the electronic medical record; educating patients regarding their diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, procedures, etc.; providing clinical telephone support and performing basic medical procedures under the direction of the providers (suture removals, procedural and surgical preps, etc.) This position also involves cleaning and autoclaving instruments, logging specimens, cleaning exam rooms, and other organizing, stocking and cleaning duties throughout the clinic. The candidate must have general knowledge of electronic medical record systems and be flexible and reliable. The candidate should exhibit superior patient care, strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
