Formerly Heartland Rehabilitation Services for over 50 years, H2 Health is a new company poised to establish itself as one of the most trusted and reliable outpatient rehabilitation service providers in America.H2 Health is seeking a full-time or part-time or PRN or Contract Physical Therapist (PT) to work at our H2 Health Atlas Physical Therapy Paducah an outpatient clinic located in Paducah, KYThis position will consist of treating a primarily orthopedic caseload with a mix of general orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehab, athletes, industrial / return to work clients, neurologic movement disorders, and performance enhancement programs.Education: Graduate of an accredited (APTA) Physical Therapy program.Experience: Prior experience in outpatient Physical Therapy is preferred, however, "new grads are welcome!"Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Kentucky
• Manual and spine training is a plus
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be comfortable working in an outpatient setting
• Must pass required background checks and be enrolled, or able to enroll, as a Medicaid providerFacility Hours: Monday thru Thursday from 7:30 AM to 6 PM and Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM (flexible schedule available)Compensation: Commensurate with experience and a $5,000 Sign-on BonusJob Type: Full-time or Part-time or PRN or ContractWe offer competitive wages, a robust incentive compensation program, and a comprehensive benefits package to full-time employees (35+ hours per week) which includes:
