  • Oversee day-to-day office functions and drive client service excellence, employee engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans, budgets, and programs that support office growth and quality care. Qualifications:
    • Registered Nurse (RN) or Physical Therapy (PT) License in the state of Tennessee with a four-year college degree.
    • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience in the home health industry.
    • Must have experience with Medicare and OASIS documentation
    • Proven ability to organize, manage, and grow an office team with a focus on quality care.
    • Background in marketing and recruiting is highly desirable.
    • Strong communication and networking skills to build relationships with the community and represent BAYADA.
