  Job Description
  The VP of Business Development will have:
  
  • 
    
  • Minimum of seven years' experience managing Business Development in the Nashville market
    
  • Excellent communication skills
    
  • Ability to understand complex projects from concept to operational status
    
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
    
  • Strong marketing and presentation skills
    
  • Highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented problem solver
    
  • College degree in construction, engineering, or business preferred but not required

    The ideal VP candidate will have:

    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business, or a related field
      
    • Diverse project experience, preferably in commercial projects
      
    • Experience in winning ground-up commercial projects
      
    • Knowledge of preconstruction processes
      
    • Over 10 years of senior-level experience
