You will be assisting the Project Manager in delivering ground up multifamily projects across multiple States.Client DetailsThe client has been growing consistently over the past 6 years and is projected to almost double in size by the end of 2024.They are well regarded for the quality of their projects and known for the meritocratic culture where promotions are based on performance, not length of tenure.DescriptionAs the Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting both the PM and Superintendent in preconstruction activities for each project
• Managing the updating the project schedule
• Managing all submittals and material procurement
• Managing the RFI process and ensuring the submittal log is kept up to date
• Assisting with the financial for each project
• Assisting with pay applications
• Attending and recording minutes for OAC meetings and subcontractor meetings
• Managing the close out for each project and ensuring documentation is accurateProfileTo be considered, you must have the following:
  • Either a 4 year construction related degree to equivalent experience
  • Experience in using ProCore
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem resolution skills
