Job Description:
The Kim Musgrave Team is looking for a highly effective sales
manager with previous experience running and building an inside
sales department. If you want to make a great income and are highly

This customer support department is designed to help increase the
number of sales opportunities for the team, and to promote and
professionally represent the good reputation of The Kim Musgrave
Team. The ideal candidate would be friendly and personable, with
the willingness to assist us in building out the best inside sales
team in the country.
Other important qualities we are looking for is the ability to
manage the sales force and assess their work and give them feedback
to maximize performance. The ideal candidate must possess great
communication skills and be able to lead and motivate. You will be
organized and reliable as well as results-oriented. The goal is to
achieve and drive excellent performance from your team that will
bring sustainable business growth.
Compensation: $45,000 and up + bonus and commissions
Responsibilities:
Manage our sales team by creating a sales plan for each sales
representative, setting individual sales targets, assigning sales
territories, and overseeing ongoing training programs to set the
team up for success
Set our sales strategies and sales objectives to achieve our sales
goals
Create sales reports and present to the team that outline sales
efforts including progress and sales volume to better determine
future goals
Mentor your team, evaluate their sales performance, and help them
improve
Identify new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead
generation programs to keep us growing
--- Assist in the formulation of targets for individuals and
teams
--- Hire and onboard new employees
--- Answer questions from staff and provide guidance and
feedback
--- Devise ways to optimize procedures and keep staff motivated
--- Measure performance with key metrics
--- Ensure adherence to policies for attendance, established
procedures, etc.
--- Keep management informed on issues and problems
--- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual results and performance
reports
Qualifications:
Exemplary communication skills, leadership skills, and analytical
skills
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in business or a similar
field
Demonstrates a proven track record of success in sales
3+ years of experience in sales management or in a leadership role
in the sales department
--- Proven experience as a sales manager or similar supervisory
position
--- Experience in customer service is essential
--- Tech-savvy with knowledge of telephone equipment and relevant
computer programs
--- Knowledge of performance evaluation procedures
--- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
--- A results-oriented approach
--- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
--- Ability to work under pressure
