Amentum is seeking a Site Manager at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. You
will be the principal point of contact responsible for coordinating
and synchronizing contract training support to SOF operators and
units. Travel will be required to Amentum offices as needed, and
various training locations throughout the Continental United States
and overseas.This position is contingent on award of the
contract.What You Will Get To Do:-Work under the supervision of a
senior PM.-Manage Amentum's efforts to provide specialized
operations and training in support of Special Operations Forces
(SOF) in CONUS and OCONUS locations.---Provide program management
functions including finance, personnel, deliverables, contract
management, coordination, execution, and sub-contractor performance
and management.-Identify potential project problems or
opportunities, analyze the issues, develop alternatives or
solutions, and arrive at the most optimum approach to mitigate
problems.-Write reviews, reports, and manage key performance
measures defined by the contract.-Implement corrective
measures.-Conduct formal presentations and briefings to Senior DoD,
Government Officials, and/or management are also expected.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent education and experience).- 6-8
years experience in Mission analysis, Special Operations,
education, training, and/or assessment.- Deployed experience with a
Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force (CJSOTF)- Graduate of
the Advanced Special Operations Techniques Manager Course (ASOTMC)-
Graduate of the Operational Risk Manager Course (ORMC)- Graduate of
the Special Operations Instructor Course (SOIC) or Instructor
Training Course (ITC)-Must have a security clearance-Due to
sensitive nature of this work, must be a US Citizen
-PMP Certification-Good oral and written communications
skills-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word,
PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook) Qualified applicants will receive
