    job summary:
    National Manufacturer is seeking a permanent Process Engineer. This position will be located near Hopkinsville, Kentucky. The Process Engineer will work with operations, maintenance, quality, corporate engineering, and sales to deliver the lowest cost product that meets quality and engineering specifications.
    Salary is commensurate on experience ranging up to $115K, plus PTO and other great benefits! All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America.

    responsibilities:
    
    • 
      
    • 
      Identify process issues and resolve them quickly using DOE (design of experiments) or other like tools to drive improvements
      
      
    • 
      Identify machine issues and drive maintenance team to repair quickly
      
      
    • 
      Identify process opportunities and drive capital and plant investment to repair
      
      
    • 
      Work with Plant Managers and Corporate Engineering to develop CapEx plans
      
      
    • 
      Construct payback models for capital projects and verify achievement of financial benefits after completion of project
