Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: Deliver the ultimate customer experience Create a welcoming and exciting environment Introduce customers to the causes, and promote donor support Ensure customer’s questions are answered in a timely manner Quickly and completely resolve customer issues Deliver the ultimate community-driven experience to customers as you educate on services and campaigns for our client Demonstrate and educate them on a variety of outreach opportunities Collect donations and upsell when opportunity is given Contribute to the overall expansion and growth of our office by supporting daily business operations
