customer inquires Swiftly gather and enter customer data Request
documentation as needed and ensure proper follow-up with customers
Research customer issues and inquires Rout customer calls to the
appropriate department as needed Collect and enter customer
feedback Email correspondence with customers and internal team
members Requirements for the Customer Service Representative role:
Ability to Multi-task in a Fast-Paced Environment Excellent Written
and Verbal Communication Skills Light Excel skills - Data Entry,
Spreadsheets Desire to meeting key phone metrics Willingness to be
