Job Description Job Description COMPANY PROFILE: This company is
a newly established GC in the middle-Tn area & They are building a
great reputation and landing repeat clientele (which is all a new
company could ask for!). They will thrive via a broad range of
commercial clientele and project types in the Mid-Tn market. Their
portfolio will focus on including adaptive-Reuse, municipal public
works, retail, restaurant, office, etc - but also will self
performing some aspects of their smaller projects. They are
currently interviewing for a Project Manager that has at least 4-5
years of commercial project experience (as an Estimating PM) and
has experience with estimating/bidding ground up construction
working for a General Contractor. Compensation & Benefits : Bonus
structure -( annual performance-tiered) Company will reimburse for
a majority of the health insurance premiums for the employees, and
also offer employee life insurance and long term disability
insurance. Company will reimburse for all work expenses Auto &
Phone allowance provided per month. Vacation, Holiday's and

hours PERK: Flexible PTO and Holidays Position Requirements: The
Construction Project Manager will Estimate/Bid and (once project is
awarded) - manage and control all assigned projects from "cradle to
grave". This will include: estimating and/or pricing for services,
effectively communicating with clients/subs alike to achieve a
winning budget & bidding for successful project award. Work with
all project parties to resolve conflict or discrepancies. Managing
all field operations & safety by working in conjunction with the
Superintendent to successfully deliver the client's project on-time
& under-budget. All this in addition to the main goal of building
and maintaining relationships with the people that we work with
from Clients to Staff to Subcontractors and City/County entities
that they depend on to be successful.
