What You'll Do as a Senior Staff Accountant : Oversee general ledger activity and prepare journal entries tied to transportation operations Support month-end close and prepare key reconciliations related to fuel expenses, fleet costs, and logistics billing Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely cash application across regions Administer and track travel and T&E card usage for drivers and logistics managers Conduct cost analysis and reporting for regional hubs and delivery routes Participate in automation initiatives to streamline accounting for fleet operations Who You Are: A detail-oriented Senior Staff Accountant (or rising professional) with 2-5 years of experience in GL accounting Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required Prior industry experience in transportation, logistics, or distribution is a strong plus Proficient in Excel and familiar with ERP systems used in logistics and fleet management If you're looking for a stable, long-term career path in a mission-critical industry, this Senior Staff Accountant opportunity offers the structure, support, and momentum to move your career in the right direction.
