Job Description:
AP Specialist (Approx. 20-30 hours a week) Our client in the
music and entertainment industry is seeking a Part-Time Accounts
Payable Specialist. Experience in these industries is highly
desired! Tasks / Responsibilities: Full-cycle AP: pull invoices,
verify invoice codes/input invoices, processing/paying invoices,
reconciling expense reports, check runs, ACH payments Expect a
volume of 1000-1500 invoices a month. High volume check cutting
Assisting with month end close and reports Software Sage Intacct
(Experience Required) M-Files Qualifications Extremely
Detail-Oriented Self-Starter Good Notetaker Follows Processes
Full-Cycle AP experience Great Problem-Solving skills You will be
shown how to work in the M-Files system but must have a foundation
of AP INJUNE2025 ZRCFS
