compensation package. Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a
dynamic and experienced Permanent Account Manager to join our team
in the Manufacturing industry. This is an exceptional opportunity
to lead and grow key accounts within the coatings and linings
sector of our business. The ideal candidate is a self-starter,
highly motivated, and has a proven track record in B2B sales and
engineering. If you are passionate about sales, customer service,
and have a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry, we
would love to hear from you. The role requires a minimum of 5 years
of experience in a similar position. Responsibilities: 1. Develop
and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring
maximum customer satisfaction. 2. Identify and pursue new business
opportunities within the coatings and linings sector. 3.
Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to develop and
implement effective sales strategies. 4. Understand and anticipate
clients' needs and challenges, and provide solutions accordingly.
5. Prepare regular reports on account status and sales results. 6.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. 7.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients within your
portfolio. 8. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and
successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
9. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts,
customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors. 10. Forecast and
track key account metrics. 11. Assist with high severity requests
or issue escalations as needed. Qualifications: 1. Proven work
experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or relevant
role in the manufacturing industry. 2. Demonstrable ability to
communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels
of an organization. 3. Solid experience with CRM software and MS
Office. 4. Experience delivering client-focused solutions to
customer needs. 5. Proven ability to juggle multiple account
management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to
detail. 6. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation
abilities. 7. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 8.
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
9. In-depth understanding of the coatings and linings sector within
the manufacturing industry. 10. Strong knowledge of B2B sales and
proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. 11. Experience
in engineering is a significant plus. 12. Self-motivated and able
to thrive in a result-driven environment. 13. Natural relationship
