Accounting Specialist Our client is in need of an Accounting Specialist with expeirence using Yardi software. The Accounting Specialist will manage full cycle AP for 5 locations. Experience in property management is a big plus! Tasks/Responsibilities: - Process full cycle AP - Cut checks - volume is about 150 checks monthly across 5 properties (3 residential apartment complexes and 2 co-working spaces) - Review invoice coding for accuracy and correct when necessary - Approve workflows which generate aging reports for COO - Manage invoice related inquiries via email and assist w/ vendor ledger clean-up - Occasionally assist property managers with AR tasks such as questions concerning receipts or invoicing for commercial spaces Software: - Yardi 7S - Yardi P2P - Yardi CRM Candidate Qualifications and Skills: - Associates or Bachelor's degree in accounting or 3 years' experience in a similar role - Property Management experience preferred - Experience utilizing Yardi is required* - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to operate related office equipment, such as computers, 10-key calculator, and copier - Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail INJUNE2025 ZRCFS LI-ONSITE
