Job Description:

you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of our
kitchen operations, ensuring that each dish is not only impeccably

according to standardized recipes while ensuring compliance with
safety and health regulations. Inspect food preparation and serving
areas to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food-handling
practices. Estimate expected food consumption and organize
preparation accordingly. Keep records and accounts of food
purchases. Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure efficient
service and guest satisfaction. Manage kitchen operations including
the cleaning and maintenance of equipment and tools. Proven
culinary skills, particularly in high-volume environments. Strong
understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment,
and procedures. Proficiency in time management and multitasking.
