Assist bartenders in setting up and breaking down bar areas. Restock bar with necessary supplies like ice, glasses, and beverages. Ensure the bar area remains clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations. Handle glassware cleaning and maintain an adequate supply. Support bartenders with drink preparation during high-volume periods. Assist in inventory management and control of bar supplies. Basic understanding of bar operations and common drink recipes. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure. High attention to detail and precision. Good interpersonal skills for interacting with staff and guests. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Food Handler's certificate may be required depending on location. TIPS certification or local equivalent is preferred.
