Title : Manager - Emergency Department Relocation Assistance
Available Location : Maury Regional Medical Center - Columbia, TN
(On Site) Position Shift : Full Time Salaried Position Summary
:Maury Regional Medical Center is seeking an experienced and
dynamic Emergency Department Nurse Manager to lead our team of
dedicated nurses and support staff. The ideal candidate will have
strong leadership skills, clinical expertise in emergency nursing,
and a passion for providing high-quality patient
care.Responsibilities include the following: Manage day-to-day
operations of the emergency department. Supervise nursing staff and
ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures. Develop and
implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to
optimize patient outcomes. Ensure compliance with regulatory
standards and requirements. Credentials / Education : BSN Required
Current and valid licensure as a Registered Nurse Required 3 Years
Clinical Experience in a specialty Required 2 Years of Management
